Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://alyshomerenovationstn.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Aly's Home Renovations reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.

Service Description. This Site describes House Cleaning Service, Residential Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move In Cleaning, Move Out Cleaning, Home Cleaning, Post Construction Cleaning, Apartment Cleaning provided by Aly's Home Renovations. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://alyshomerenovationstn.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Aly's Home Renovations or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

End of Use. Aly's Home Renovations may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

No Warranties. Aly's Home Renovations disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Aly's Home Renovations arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Aly's Home Renovations against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Choice of Law. TN law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of TN, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Updates. Aly's Home Renovations reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
